As I have been practicing SMS meditation for the past 12 months, I think it is time to share some of my experiences.
In one of my meditation sessions, I could experience emission of a ray of light in the form of lotus bud from my bhroo madhya. I saw my forehead and eyebrows parallel to my face. The lotus bud shaped light that emanated from my bhroo madhya moved with tremendous speed towards the Sun.
During almost all occasions of Sun meditation, I could see an eye with vibrant colours which looked like a beautiful diamond. One day I saw a very thick book, it’s pages were fluttering with great speed. It has pages with bright colour and black colour alternatively.
During another occasion of Star meditation, I saw a Star moving very fast. I concentrated my eyes on the star and it resulted in my travelling along with the star. After a while I reached top of a mountain having a number of caves. I could see Prapancha Matha atop that mountain. She was spoon feeding a small baby with some liquid , which was lying in her lap. I realised that the small baby was my own astral body and that liquid was some kind of divine medicine, and that I was really amazed by the fact that was happened to me through SMS meditation is totally unbelievable. I was suffering from severe disc pain for which doctors advised surgery as the only remedy. And that too was offered without any assurance of complete cure. With utmost faith in Thasmai Guruji’s Guruthathwa, I followed SMS meditation and now I am fully cured of my illness.
