“My name is Vivek P. Nair, a 29-year-old from Trivandrum. I used to suffer from severe pain in my left upper trapezius. While exercise did help relieve the pain, I wasn’t consistent with my workouts and yoga. On top of that, I also struggled with managing exam stress.
