6. Single User
Each assigned username for Service Provider’s online service is to be used solely by the individual to which it was issued.

7. Payment
You agree to pay, using the credit information you provided us using which ever the payment method you choose to pay in our website, the charges incurred on your account in order to access any fee-based services to which you have purchased.

8. Termination
Service Provider reserves the right to restrict, suspend or terminate your access to its services, fee-based or otherwise, in whole or in part, with respect to any breach or suspended breach of any portion of this Agreement. In the event of such a termination, there will be no refunds for unused time under the terms of your license. Service Provider reserves the right to refuse to provide services to you in the future.

9. Refund/Cancellation Policy
All meditation fees and contributions are non-refundable. However, at the discretion of TRUST, fees and donations may be accepted or returned.

10. Attendance
One must attend minimum of 10 online live class with GURUJI to start SMS meditation.
One must clear all their doubts during the live class and should feel confident and willing to sit for meditation.
You should share your meditation experiences with GURUJI based on the process followed in the class to get further guidance.

11. Modification of the Website
Service Provider may modify the Website in any way at any time. Service Provider may impose limits on any Website features and/or services or restrict your access to parts or all the Website without notice or liability.

12. Governing Law, Dispute Resolution
The laws of India applicable to contracts fully executed and performed in Ernakulam District, Kerala, India will govern the construction and operation of this Agreement without regard to any conflict of laws provisions. Any action brought in connection with this website against Thasmai Trust will be brought in a court sitting in Ernakulam District, Kerala State and the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of such court (s).

13. Notice of Filming and Photography
Thasmai Trust reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at any event sponsored by Thasmai, without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. Thasmai may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced, used or contracted by Thasmai including but not limited to: brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, etc.
To ensure the privacy of individuals and children, images will not be identified using full names or personal identifying information without written approval from the photographed subject, parent or legal guardian.
A person attending a Thasmai event who does not wish to have their image recorded for distribution should make their wishes known to the photographer, and/or the event organizers, and/or contact Thasmai Meditation Center Bangalore in writing of his/her intentions and include a photograph. Thasmai will use the photo for identification purposes and will hold it in confidence.
By participating in an Thasmai event or by failing to notify Thasmai, in writing, your desire to not have your photograph used by Thasmai, you are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless and indemnify Thasmai from any and all claims involving the use of your picture or likeness.
Any person or organization not affiliated with Thasmai may not use, copy, alter or modify Thasmai photographs, graphics, videography or other, similar reproductions or recordings without the advance written permission of an authorized designee from Thasmai.
