“My name is Anjali Ashok, and I’m a student from Pathanamthitta. I’ve always had low hemoglobin ever since I was young. Something as simple as climbing up the stairs would leave me out of breath. I also used to suffer from really bad period cramps, so much so that I couldn’t do much except lie down.
