Case Study: Sreejaya’s Remarkable Progress with SMS Practice

“My name is Sreejaya Ashok. I live in Pathanamthitta and manage recurring deposit accounts at the post office. I’ve been widowed for a few years now.

I fell ill with chikungunya in 2012, and have suffered from joint pain ever since. My knees and hands would ache, especially in the mornings, though the pain would get better as the day wenton. I would often feel dizzy while getting out of bed, and also had quite a high cholesterol. I was constantly stressed and tense, which really affected my sleep.

I started practicing SMS Meditation on 25th November 2024, and I’m now in my 5th round (each round lasts 41 days).

After finishing the first round, my cholesterol lowered, and I no longer feel dizzy when I wake up in the morning. To my surprise, my joint pain has also improved a lot—especially in my right knee.

My financial situation has been improving, and now that I feelmore at peace, I’m finally able to sleep well.

Thank you, Thasmai Guruji, Guruma and the Universe for all the positive transformations I’ve experienced through SMS Meditation. I recommend SMS Meditation to everyone who wants to live a happier life.”

Experience Summary (documented by research team)

•Marked improvement in chronic arthralgia, more notably in the right knee

•States that cholesterol levels have decreased

•Reports no further episodes of dizziness upon waking in the morning

Conclusion

Sreejaya’s case demonstrates significant improvement of chronic arthralgia associated with a past history of chikungunya and also notes a reduction in cholesterol levels with consistent SMS Meditation practice. This case, together with other documented experiences of SMS Meditation practitioners, suggests that when practiced correctly, SMS Meditation can be recommended as an alternative approach to holistic medicine for pain management. This, in turn, can also contribute to reducing dependency on long-term pharmacotherapy and its associated side-effects.
