If you submit any Personal Information relating to other people to us or to our service providers in connection with the Sites, you represent that you have the authority to do so and to permit us to use the information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
  • Personal health information - ‘Personal Health information’ is identifying information about an individual relating to their physical or mental health (including medical history). This is a voluntary action if an individual wishes to share his well-being experienced before and after practicing the SMS meditation
  • Other Information - “Other Information” is any information that does not reveal your specific identity or does not directly relate to an identifiable individual. This might include, for instance, browser and device information; App usage data; information collected through cookies, pixel tags, and other technologies; demographic information and other information provided by you; or aggregated information. We use this information to facilitate our operation of the Sites and for other purposes described below.
  • IP Address - Your “IP Address” is a number that is automatically assigned to the computer that you are using by your Internet Service Provider (ISP). An IP Address may be identified and logged automatically in our server log files or third-party tools that we use whenever you access the Sites, along with the time of the visit and the page(s) that you visited. Collecting IP Addresses is standard practice and is done automatically by many websites, applications and other services. Thasmai Trust uses IP Addresses to calculate usage levels of the Sites, help diagnose problems with its servers, administer the Sites, and monitoring the regions from which you navigate to the Foundation’s websites.

Personal Information - We collect Personal Information through the website (when you register first time for Thasmai Star Life) and through mobile application while enrolling for SMS Meditation.

We may disclose personal information that we collect, or you provide voluntarily as described in this Privacy Policy:

  • To registered health care practitioners who are practicing SMS meditation and actively involved in the research team of Thasmai trust to support our studies on meditation benefits on mind and body healing and who are also bound by contractual obligations to keep personal information confidential and use it only in accordance with applicable data protection laws for the purposes for which it is authorized under this Privacy Policy.
  • We contractually require these registered individuals to keep personal information confidential and use it only for the purposes for which it is authorized under this Privacy Policy.
  • To fulfil the purpose for which you provide it.
  • For any other purpose disclosed by us when you provide the information.

We may also disclose your personal information:

  • To comply with any court order, law or legal process, including to respond to any government or regulatory request.
  • To enforce or apply our Terms of Use and other agreements, including for billing and collection purposes.

How Can I Access, Correct, Amend or Remove Information About Me?

If you would like to access, correct, amend, remove or limit the use or disclosure of any Personal Information about you that has been collected and stored by Thasmai Trust, you can edit it in free will through the mobile application including deleting the user account.

A user account once deleted; the personal information of the user will be deleted automatically in the system immediately.

Please note that we may need to retain certain information for record keeping purposes and/or to complete any transactions that you began prior to requesting such access, change or deletion.

You can always opt not to disclose information. However, if you elect to do so, we may be limited in responding to your inquiry or providing services to you.

Physical communications - If you provide us with your postal address online, you may receive information about upcoming events. If you provide your telephone number online, you will receive telephone notifications through mobile applications on meditation related blogs, videos, upcoming programs and events.
